Most likely your password is not correct, or may have been changed.
In some cases, if our system detects too many failed attempts accessing your cPanel, it will automatically change the password.
You can reset your password in the Paravel Solutions Customer Area by clicking here.
In the customer area, select "My Hosting Packages" at the top.
Next, click the "View Details" button next to the hosting plan for which you want to access cPanel.
In the next screen, click the "Login to cPanel" button and see if it logs you in. If not, in the second box, enter a new password and click "Update".
Now click the "Login to cPanel" button again
